The club to continue expansion with the construction of a 9,000-square-foot fitness facility, plus commercial space for retail, food, and beverage outlets
Tascosa Golf Club has begun construction of a 9,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art fitness facility located within the Trails Plaza, an eight-acre commercial development accessible from Tascosa Estates, The Trails, or Western Avenue. The Trails Plaza will include commercial real estate pad sites for local office, retail, or food & beverage businesses. Residents within The Trails will be entitled to use the fitness facility and will be able to access it via Tascosa’s network of pedestrian, bike, and golf cart paths.
In addition to the fitness facility, which is expected to be completed in the spring/summer of 2024, Tascosa Golf Club also intends to add four indoor pickleball courts in the summer of 2024. “We have an engaged, supportive membership at Tascosa and we are thrilled to expand and improve the amenities offered to them,” said project developer John Dunn. “We are also excited to enhance the already extraordinary lifestyle offered to homeowners within The Trials”. These additions to the Tascosa community will bolster the already-popular residential development which consists of over five miles of hiking trails, over 50 acres of parks, and access to 36 holes of championship golf, tennis, pickleball, swimming, fitness, restaurants, and more
